Order Processing

At Debbduttaa, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please allow 1–2 business days (24–48 hours) for order processing and dispatch. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with shipping details.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for the confirmation before visiting the pickup location.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

During checkout, simply enter your shipping address and select the preferred shipping method.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on business days are generally processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package in real time.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, a refund will be processed.

Please note that shipping charges incurred for returns may be deducted from the refundable amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and work towards a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment method and banking institution.
